USER MANUAL FOR TATKAL LICENSE/REGISTRATION
1. Goto FoSCoS Home Page and click on “Apply for Tatkal License/Registration”
2 The following screenshot shows the Eligible KoB list
3. Select KoB from the Eligible KoB list and click on proceed
4. Click on proceed
5. Enter the PAN details, Select the checkbox and click on Submit
6. Fill the required details and click on Save & Next
7. Enter the OTP received on both – Mobile and Aadhar registered mobile and click on Submit.
8. OTP verification is successful.
9. Enter the details for Sign Up
10. On successful Signup, the login ID is generated.
11. Upload all the mandatory documents.
12. Click on the checkbox to agree with the declaration.
13. E-Sign using Aadhar – Enter the Aadhar number and click on proceed.
14. Click on Pay and proceed for the payment.
15. After successful payment, Login to FoSCoS and download the issued Registration copy from the “Issued” bin.
